Level 4
We believe Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) makes a great vision,
but not a great project. Our customers need results today, not years
from now. So that’s what we deliver. But we also know that
getting somewhere fast is no good if you are going in the wrong
direction. So all of the work up to this point has been done with
PLM in mind. Big companies will try to sell PLM using the top down
approach. We prefer to build PLM from the bottom up. It’s
much safer and pays for itself along the way.
Final PLM integration happens in Level 4. All of the information
on each departments’ various systems is federated so that
everyone has access to the information that is important to them.
The organization achieves a product-centric focus.
