Level 2
Level 2 will build on the foundation created in Level 1. However,
the overall impact will be greater as it will involve additional
tools, process changes and training. Processes within Engineering
will be analyzed, defined, documented and implemented. Finally,
the initial steps for integration with other departments and external
suppliers will occur.
